We first began working with Cyndi Elders in February 2004 after a referral from a friend in the real estate industry. My husband, myself, and our 3 year old daughter knew we wanted to live in Laguna Niguel or San Juan Capistrano, but were unsure if we could afford a single family home there. Cyndi immediately took down all of our information, what our budget was, what we were looking for in a home, and we met a few days later. She previewed many properties for us and would show me only those which made her "A" list. In about a two week period, we found the single family house which is now our own in Laguna Niguel. Working with Cyndi has not only been a pleasure but a blessing. She took care of us on every level and made it very easy from entertaining our daughter to working through questions for inspection and escrow companies. Dave and Charlotte McLean - San Clemente, CA Please allow this letter to serve as a letter of recommendation for Cyndi Elders. My wife and I began the daunting task of selling and buying our home in the fall of 2002. Early in the process, we met Cyndi at an open house. During our initial visit, we found Cyndi to be very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. So impressed with her presentation and mannerisms, we asked her if she would help us sell our house. Our impressions of cyndi turned out to be accurate. We sold our house in nine days for the asking price. During our negotiations with buyers' agent, Cyndi always represented our best interests while being fair to the buyers. Not having sold a house before, my wife and I found Cyndi to be extremely helpful in working through the process by analyzing the transaction to ensure that everything being charged was accurate and fair and she also worked with the escrow company to ensure that the transaction closed when it was supposed to close. Once we sold our house, we then put in an offer on the house where we had met Cyndi. Again she demonstrated a very high level of professionalism as she represented both parties. I believe that both parties were very happy with the agreement which indicates that Cyndi was able to help both sides of the transaction leaving no one believing that they were getting "the raw end" of the deal., Since meeting Cyndi nearly three years ago, she has become a close family friend. Our families have gotten together for BBQ's, dinners, social events, etc. Most sales people would move onto the next client and not keep in touch but I believe that Cyndi's success is based on her personal relationships with people. At the beginning of this letter I said "the daunting task of sellihg and buying a home". Cyndi took the work "daunting" out of the process and made it enjoyable. I would recommend Cyndi to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. Not only will she perform in a professional and efficient manner, chances are good that a long lasting friendship will be born.
